This innovative system, which integrates seamlessly with Apple® smart devices, facilitates optimized load distribution and fleet oversight by enabling the smooth exchange of stop particulars and real-time vehicle location data between drivers and dispatch personnel.
Within the Trimble dispatch software ecosystem, dispatchers can effortlessly transmit comprehensive load particulars and acquire up-to-date truck GPS location information from drivers at predefined intervals, all while leveraging advanced features such as geo-fencing to automate the identification of arrivals and departures. The platform comes equipped with essential functionalities like signature capture, image acquisition, stop location mapping, and a secure messaging interface for seamless driver-dispatcher communication.
