D²Link® serves as a tool tailored for use by commercial vehicle operators in conjunction with a Trimble Transportation dispatch application. This innovative system, which integrates seamlessly with Apple® smart devices, facilitates optimized load distribution and fleet oversight by enabling the smooth exchange of stop particulars and real-time vehicle location data between drivers and dispatch personnel.
Within the Trimble dispatch software ecosystem, dispatchers can effortlessly transmit comprehensive load particulars and acquire up-to-date truck GPS location information from drivers at predefined intervals, all while leveraging advanced features such as geo-fencing to automate the identification of arrivals and departures.
